Executive Committee

There will be a meeting of the University of Missouri Board of sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú Executive Committee at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 20, 2006, originating in Conference Room 215 University Hall, Columbia, Mo., and at remote locations via conference telephone.

The Executive Committee will meet in an open session to consider final pricing terms and issuance of the University of Missouri Capital Projects Notes, Series FY 2006-2007, the proceeds of which will be used to finance capital projects of the University during the 2006-2007 fiscal year. This financing was approved by the Board of sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú at its meeting on May 5, 2006, subject to the action of the Executive Committee to approve the final terms of the financing.
